  1. Setpoint synchronisation when set via IR remote controller

    Open

Hello, I made integration of Mitsubishi Home split system in Loxone by Intensis modbus gateway. All features in Loxone work fine except setpoint. Actually I can set target temperature in Loxone app and air conditioner accept these commands. The problem is when I set the target temperature via the IR remote controller. In that case the Loxone app does not receive setpoint status from the air conditioner. In accordance with Intensis technical manual "The User is not be able to change the setpoint using any Remote Controller from Mitsubishi if ambient temperature is measured by external sensor (register 22/23)." So it means that we should not use external temperature sensor if we want to be able to set target temperature via an IR remote controller. According to the manual, the eternal sensor is not used if the value on it is on initialization value "-32768". I made a constant with this value in Loxone Config and connected it to the External sensor register but this does not work. Reason is this register is "16-bit unsigned" so it does not recognise negative values.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?
