Description
This template was created based on the file: CCGX-modbus-tcp-registry from Victron. From this template, you can start building your backup battery system. I use it for monitoring power consumption from the grid and battery.

Modbus or Ethernet?
OpenHi,
Interesting to see fit Victron Cerbo GX library, thanks for work. I have question, really need modbusTCP Loxone extention or can I use standard ethernet for communication?

Hi Marek, you do not need modbusTCP extension. You simple go to network peripherals -> Add new network device ->> Server Modbus ->> and put IP cerbo gx
sensor for AC Out 1 Power
OpenHi, thank you for the template. I tried to add an analog Sensor for AC Out (1) Power (= Critical Loads), but can‘t get valid data.
Looking at the xls table, it seems to be 23, 4516 or 878, but none of them works. Addresses 23 & 4516 result in a Modbus error. 878 does return a value, but what should 6225920.0 be, for example, when the VRM displays approximately 90W at critical load?
How can I convert the value to watts? Any idea?
regards, Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang, I checked now and the registry: 878, 880, 882 working fine in my. I checked how I have set the sensor and this is it: Comand: 4 - Read input Registry (0x04) Data type: 32 bit Single Integer 16 bit registry - check Registry order - check
For me, those settings working and I see this same value in VRM and loxone for Critilac loads
thank you very much, i missed „Registry order - check“
