Senzomatic FHT-I

FHT-I Sensors FHT-I sensor is meant for sensing floor flooding in interiors of houses in areas such utility rooms, behind washing machine, kitchen cabinets etc. In cooperation with central unit the sensor can shut off the main water valve in case of leakage detection.

Sensor detects flooding by water utilizing sensing cable of 1 or 2 meters which is being laid on the floor.

Sensor measures also ambient temperature and air humidity. Based on central unit setting the Senzomatic system can detect leakage earlier before flooding the cable from the rapid increase of humidity. This functionality is optional since this feature is not suitable for areas with repeatedly increasing humidity (e.g. bathrooms).

Let Senzomatic suggest the number of sensors and their location in the structure. Purchase sensors with installation service or install them yourself. Loxone Partner can then configure the MiniServer to read the Senzomatic sensors and send the data for evaluation. Installation

Monitoring service The added value of sensors is the online monitoring service from Senzomatic. The service can bought additionaly at https://www.senzomatic.com/ The monitoring service can be activated only over the Internet. If the building does not have a wired connection, LTE/4G/5G mobile internet will work as well. The configured mini server continuously sends data to the Senzomatic servers. The data from the sensors are automatically assessed here using given algorithms. Should the system suspect a problem, it notifies the user about such problems related to humidity, water leaks or interior air quality. Thus preventing extensive damages.

Testing We recommend testing the sensors before the construction site visit. It is done with original central unit or with a USB converter, computer, and a proprietary Senzomatic application. The converter is optionally supplied with the product. The application can be downloaded here.
