STEP 1: Reigstrer your genie in Ritual genie app (email&password).

      Have you registered with a username and password in the Rituak genie app?

      I got the same error {"logged_id":0,"error":"Sorry, credentials do not match"} when having type error in mail or password.

    same problem.

    First, I registered the device in the new "Rituals" App. Answer from the Rituals Server:

    After that I found the "old" Genie - App in the App-Store. I tried to register the device with new credentials in the old app. Same Answer:

      I have tested and it's still working for me. using same username and password created at the genie app and the following command in cmd: curl -d "[email protected]&password=mypassword" https://rituals.sense-company.com/ocapi/login. I got the same error {"logged_id":0,"error":"Sorry, credentials do not match"} when having error in mail or password.

    Ik heb de rituals met succes geïntegreerd in loxone.

    Het uitlezen van de rituals ( status ) werkt na behoren. Alleen het aansturen krijg ik niet voor elkaar.

    Wat ik gedaan heb.

    Bij de http commando heb ik de SLEUTEL ingevoerd ( achter hub ) welke je via cmd moest verkrijgen. Kunt u mij vertellen of op weg helpen waarom de aansturing niet werkt?

    We noticed that your integration with our Rituals Genie is still relying on API v1. As of now, API v1 has been deprecated and is no longer available, which means any existing connections through it will no longer function.

    We’d love to work with you to help migrate your integration to API v2, which is not only fully supported but also brings significant improvements. API v2 is compatible with Genie 1.x, 2.x, and 3.x, so it offers broader support and a more future-proof experience.

  5. API v2

      I'm waiting for more information regarding API v2 from Sense team. But it's using google JWT tokens. As Loxone don't have any oauth support, this might need a picoC script to recieve the tokens.

      Hello Eirik, might be easier than to do the development on Loxberry if a picoc shall be used for token retrieval, but leave it up to you, but even there (on Loxberry) there are multiple workarounds for bearer authentication. Thanks a lot anyway.

    Is there any update available for V3? I tried to sniff the App but due to https I did not get any information.

      Hi, the new api is using oauth for tokens. Loxone dose not support this yet. So i’m working on a PicoC script to be used.

    sorry to be pushy, but could you please share the API documentation that we can help you with integration? if it is just about bearer, everyone should be able to send curl and get token via json. I have recently integrated Fyta in the same way.

      Hello Krystian,

      there is currently no possibility for integration of rituals Genie under API v3 due to missing OAuth token fetching in Lox config. Loxone is fully aware of limitation of current solution for virtual inputs and outputs, but cannot give a clear timeline for development of more robust solution allowing direct integrations.
