Mitshubishi Heat Pump
Content languageEnglish
Description
Control and read out values from your Mitsubishi heat pump via Modbus. MelcoBEMS MINI (A1M) interface is required to enable Modbus RTU communication with Mitsubishi heat pump.
Developed and tested on heat pump model profile FTC6 and MelcoBEMS Mini (A1M) firmware version 3.0.25.

Is there also an template, example ?
OpenI have a mitshubishi heatpump , a mitshubishi A/C , loxone Valves, connected with modbus RTU Is there also a Template so that I can understand all the connections that the software makes
Thx

You can get the modbus template by clicking the download button. The template is only an interface to the heat pump and enables to read the values from the heat pump (sensors) or control the heat pump (actors).
The user itself must implement an integration with temperature sensors, intelligent room controllers and other function blocks in Loxone Config.
If you are interested in my config example, I can attach snapshots from my Loxone App and config file from my project. Unfortunately everything is in Slovak language only. Please email me at [email protected].
Control the heat pump with loxone
OpenI have a mitsubishi EcoDan heat pump and loxone systems connected through Modbus MelcoBems Mini module with the heat pump. I have one floor heating system. In the loxone the hole configuration according the temperature control with intelligent room controller and flow temperature calculator is done and seems to work. I am not sure about setting the target temperature for heating to the mitsubishi EcoDan based on the output from loxone. Now I have set the A/C mode register 28 to 1 (heating flow Temp) and then based on the temperature calculated from the flow temperature calculator I set the value to register 33 (H/C Thermostat Target Temperature). I see on the Ecodan display that the value changes, so there is a reaction, but not sure if I am setting the right value to Ecodan ? Is this the correct way ? This works only with register No 33. I tried to set register 54 (Thermostat Target Temperature –Zone 1) but didn't succeed.
Maybe you can provide me some examples or tips ?
Thanks in advance Rafal [email protected]
