MENNEKES AMTRON® Xtra & Premium

The sample project shows a possible implementation of your AMTRON® via Modbus TCP. For this purpose the Loxone function block "wallbox" is used.

In the meanwhile there are two wallbox function blocks, for each of them there is a sample project:

- wallbox Gen1: MENNEKES_AMTRON_Xtra_Premium.Loxone - wallbox Gen2: MENNEKES_AMTRON_Xtra_Premium_v2.Loxone (UPDATE!!!)

Just import the template in your project and replace "PV Power" by your own value.

It is necessary to update your AMTRON® to a software version 1.13 (or higher) to enable the function Modbus TCP.

Functions:

- remote start (and pause) via the Loxone web interface in addition to using the Charge App - Loxone web interface can also be easily controlled via the mobile network to control your AMTRON® - 3 modes for charge limitation within the Loxone web interface - intelligent: can be used for solar optimized charging (implemented in the project as a manual current limitation) - manual: charging power can be adjusted by a slide control - maximum: no limitation - live values - total charging power - charged energy and duration of the charging session - internal temperatures - connected cable type - daily statistics of your charging history - online status of the wallbox - check status of the parameters of your AMTRON® as set in the service interface - operation mode (remote, time-managed, external switch) - autostart charging enabled - RFID authorization enabled (only AMTRON® Premium) - EV wake-up enabled - energy manager installed - reset statistics of your charging history - reboot your AMTRON®

Remarks:

- Your Charge App for Android or iOS can still be used to control and check your AMTRON®. - The function of autostart charging and RFID authorization (only for AMTRON® Premium) can still be used without any changes in the service interface or any settings within the Loxone project.

It is highly recommended to set up a static IP address for your AMTRON®. Within the Loxone project this IP address has to be assigned to the Modbus server to find your AMTRON in your IP network.
