I have problem with change mode on AC from loxone. I can change only cold . other mode not change. where is problem? THX

  This specific problem was solved by one of the partner coaches. It is not a malfunction of the template.

When I operate a unit via Loxone, it turns on and starts up perfectly. However, after a short time, the unit remains on but stops blowing and no longer heats. Everything appears to be working in the configuration. Could this be related to individual ACTOR settings? These settings include a Repeat interval setting, which is set to 3600 seconds by default.
