Description
This template contains the Modbus device and major sensors available for M-TEC Energy Butler.
A Modus Extension is required. The Extension needs to be connected directly to the Energy Butler's Multi-Funktion Port connector.
The Modbus extension needs to be correctly configured:
- Baudrate: 9600 - Stopbits: 1 - Parity: none - Timing: Auto
Please note that this template is for Gen3 devices (to differ please check chapter 2 of the documentation). It can be modified easily for a Gen2 device by replacing the IO-addresses in the template with the according start registers from chapter 4 of the documentation.
