Questions and answers

  1. Template seems to be incorrect/is not working

    Open

    Good Afternoon,

After adding the template in the Loxone Config and replacing all the necessary information (IP + Port, User + Password and Shade ID), the output "Shade Position" doesn't react to any input. In the Lutron app Telnet is activated. It's programmed the same way as in the template/example Loxone Config file. All the information is correct and has been tested with commands from Windows PowerShell (Telnet). With PowerShell it does react to the different Telnet commands and sets the blinds to the defined position.

I have also tried testing it with Loxone being only connection but that doesn't seem to help!

    Hope to hear from you!

    1. Hi Kees, I just tested and confirmed that the template is working. Could you please create a support ticket from your Partner Portal, and include your Config file and details about your Lutron system? We'll be happy to have a look at this for you.

    2. Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for getting back to me! The integration seems to work after updating to the newest BETA and following the template again. I Don't know why it didn't work the first time (because I didn't change anything), but now it seems to work perfectly!

      Thanks again!
