Description

ETA specialises in the manufacture of biomass heating, meaning log, pellet and wood chip boilers. The most modern technologies are combined with naturally growing resources.

ETA stands for efficiency Technicians designate the efficiency of a heating system with the Greek letter η, pronounced "eta". ETA boilers stand for more heat with less fuel consumption, environmental soundness and sustainability.

Wood: old, but good Wood is our oldest fuel - and our most modern: There is a lot of history in-between open fires in front of caves and modern biomass boilers. In the middle of the 20th century, the number of wood heating systems fell briefly. Oil was the new heating hype. A brief interlude in comparison to the consistency of wood. Today, we know that heating with fossil fuel has no future. It contributes to global warming and harms the environment. And supply security is not guaranteed long-term either, as fossil fuels are diminishing, don't regrow, and sometimes come from politically unstable regions. Wood, on the other hand, is a cheaper, domestic, renewable raw material that does not pollute the climate when burnt. No wonder wood heating is booming!

The choice of paring ETA Systems with Loxone offers the possibility of:

- Integrating demand-based heating depending on e.g. presence or the protection of open windows, Automatic Shading and Weatherforecast. - Active integration in interaction with e.g. PV- systems in a Loxone Energy Management - Load management in areas where the building's electricity connection is low - Using flexible electricity tariffs with the Spot Price Optimizer for example Direct electrical heaters. - Use statistics or individual notifications - Create individual system schematics. - Combining Hybrid solutions e.g. Biomass and PV- Heating element in your Hot Water Storage or Buffer. - Blackoutsafe! Switch off the ETA Boiler if the Grid power fails e.g. emergency power is active to safe battery capacity. - Use the flexible ways of reading thermal heat meters and electricity meters via e.g. M-Bus and the thermal or electrical visualization in the Loxone Energy Flow Monitor. For e.g. Contractors. - Whether residential or commercial buildings. No matter whether ETA or Loxone is the main operator, no matter which hydraulics and consumers. Connecting ETA with Loxone systems allows the demand-oriented and intelligent distribution of energy thanks to distribution solutions. - Influence on the hot water circulation pump by controlling via the presence detectors. - Increased security through leakage detection or activation of IP cameras in the plant room. - Connectivity and setup of heating centers and heating substations with the flexible ways of Loxone intercommunication.

Supported Devices All ETA boilers or ETA controls with ETAtouch panel and software version X.35 or higher

Network Connection on the backside of the ETAtouch control panel:

Activation of Modbus:

- The Modbus adress is always "1" - The IP Adress needs to be Static

Activation of Modbus Registeradresses:

- The addresses are automatically active after setting and can be read and written. - It is also possible but not necessary to export the addresses to a USB stick

Questions and answers

  1. Solltemperaturänderung von externer Schnittstellen

    Open

    Hallo

      LG Michael
