OpenHello,
I have connected an Aidoo module on a climatisation, but I still get no response from him on modbus. It work perfectly from the Airzone Cloud apps.
Can you assist me on this?

Hi,
Did you check the modbus configuration in aidoo app? It's the same configuration as Loxone config?
Did you connect correctly A-B wires from modbus?
